That's not necessarily true. We don't know if the 58M shares came from the company or from people throwing in the towel. The bid is .0001 so the MM is willing to pay that. The ask is .0002 so there are market makers willing to sell for that. Unlike the bigger exchanges you are dealing with the market maker not the buyer or seller.
You can't say they are passing you by if your bid is at .0001 no one is offering to sell shares at that. The prints could be the MM taking shares from the co. hopeing to sell at least half of them at .0002 there is simply no way to tell. fAt
