If you do not run ahead of yourself but read the statement as intended and understand that for the NAS you have to maintain a minimum stock value of $2.00 per share or be delisted, then you are O.K. Pauls words are only advisory for information purposes and I see nothing in them to show a further uplisting, so do not get excited. If they were to go that route there is a long wait to get to two dollars and a R/S would have to be a 700 to 1 factor of which I do not see happening nor any split for the NAS till the stock value grows. The more probable is that they will first grow the stock value for awhile and then make the move. At the 700/1 and 4billion shares would reduce the share count to 5.7million. So one million shares would reduce to 1,428 shares and I would expect a lot of grumbling on that since it seems everyone likes to talk about the millions of shares they hold. Lets leave the company lead the way and not read in more than there is and let it evolve.
