I find this strategically amazing to talk about class action law suits, criminals and all that. Lets say for a moment, IR does get rolled out and is successful. Then what? ........ Still thinking about it?........ With all the negative stuff in places like this board, what do you think the outcome will be now with all the "talk" of a lawsuit?
Ok, you start one...then what?.......What do you think you'll get? .......Still thinking about it?.......Nada! Nechiwa, Nyeto, Nothing, Nilzhya, Nutgang and take all the languages combined, its all the same....NOTHING! But more out of pocket for lawyes, who really dont have a stake in this.
And Oak is right. If there were a problem, the SEC would have been involved already.
I'm a long in here like several others. I've encouraged others (family and friends) to buy this stock and we're ALL holding fast. None of us (and that represents about 1.9 Bn shares) will be taking part in ANY type action and would not vote in favor of any such action.
I can understand the frustrations in here, but do yourself a favor, stop looking at 1) the boars daily and/or 2) the stock charts ....you really need a break.
I would recommend (rather than filing suit), that the shareholders get together and send a letter to management, requesting answers and specifics around the following:
-Why the A/S was increased without shareholder notification
-What are the specifics around the foriegn deal (more backdrop)
-Posting of the strategic and business plans
-When IR will be rolled out and how
-Insist on a Monthly Shareholder Conference
-An Organization Chart with specific roles and responsibilities
-Office Location
These are just a few, but the intent is the same. If we're in business together (and we are IMO), then be more transparent. Give us the layout of the company, the organization and the plan.
Who wants the lead?
