Book value has a no meaning.

Its market value that counts. WMI and BS service companies. Their value is in the people and infrastructure around them and what other companies in the same business trade at.

I think at using JPM acquistion of BS and drawing a conclusion to JPM for WMB is in error, but your info should be in docs below.
