The loan wasn't for all that much money, but, as I understand it, it was much needed at the time. I've been here since all the GM hoopla back in the late '90's (???), and the stock actually jumped to $2. The good old days, eh?
I give the guys a lot of credit for hanging in there through the tough times to being alive and profitable today (if the SEC filing is accurate)...........and not diluting the stock to oblivion.
That said, whoever is giving them the advice to not post news is full of it IMHO. Material events are material events, and every public company (on the pinks or OTC) is obligated to report them. I'm quite certain they have audited results going back to 2003-04. Why they wouldn't make an effort to let the world know is beyond me.
