Show me a legal document, any legal document that
not just assumes 2x's value but proves commons WILL
receive 2 x value or any other assigned value.
Since this all began there has been a great deal of
unsubstantiated speculation of the value paid to commons
and prefereds but I don't invest on faith but rather hard cold
facts. If for some reason I missed that legal letter explaining
how commons will prevail, by all means correct me and I will stand
aside but Please! Show some evidence, not hearsay, speculation,
assumptions or otherwise.
Those newbees who come here reading that will think that is
the court ordered decision and make an unwise investment.
I'm not agaiinst wamu, just like to see hard evidence, and not tea leaf
reading between the lines if you know what I'm saying!
