About Q companies... Perhaps a guideline to keep in mind is the proportion of assets vs. liabilities? I would think that Q companies with a possitive balance sheet have a much higher probability of success. Too bad there are no research studies proving this point, but what we have seen in the past year (GGP, CEMJQ, PPC, etc.) would appear to meet that guideline.
