Synaptics Boosts Senior Credit Pact To $15M From $10M

WASHINGTON -- Synaptics Inc. (SYNA) said Friday that it amended its senior credit facility with Silicon Valley Bank to increase the amount available to $15 million from $10 million. The computer-interface technology company said in a document filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it also granted a security interest to Silicon Valley Bank in all of its goods, equipment, contract rights, intangibles, accounts, and cash now owned or later acquired, other than patents and certain other intellectual property rights.

Synaptics said it currently has no outstanding indebtedness under this credit facility.
