Raw, with no attempt for "p*ssing contest" why do you think it's so outrageous that LC might have made an attempt to hide cash so KD wouldn't have been able to consumate his Poken/marketing endeavor? Even wm, holding 400+k shares, postulated that this was possible (per his support of LC vs. KD as "blackest of hats".) Personally, and as not a CPA or lawyer, don't know if any court could convict a Director for making an effort to sustain a company's cash assets when viewed, in his assessment, that another principal was "p*ssing it away" (as like AH's statement that she was acting to protect shareholders.) Happy for you that you're not a "bagholder" here, but for you to hassle/question/diss others here that are, like myself, looking at large losses makes me question WHY you are still here.
