Did you read Lee Cole's letter? Seems quite apparent Cole did not like what the new management(USA) team was doing and he started playing a few dirty tricks with all the money that he said the european side has and is making. Why would Lee Cole write that letter stating how much money european side is making and with the information that assets are well above last years reporteed assets if like you say 12 million is gone? There is no way in the world he would write that, the last week of Feb, after the SEC was involved if what he stated in it was not the truth.
