When I talked to the TA the guy said he cant give out the share structure but gene newton can... so to me this does'nt sound like anyone is gagged..just eagle doesnt want to provide it to us. This lawsuit could take forever even if they find anything. Overtsock is still trying to get NSS and in the mean time the money rcc holdings spends for this suit could get them a nice office and some real PR's and maybe hook up a phone line for customers to call.
