1.) No financials
2.) gagged s/s
3.) No pr's
4.) emails for the last year not one has come true
5.) nothing showing any jobs
6.) NO office location or #
7.) cant find anything on internet with RCCH with news
8.) Eagle and his court apperances for office payments
9.) PR that where corrected
10.) nothing on tsxv
11.) BILL HESS doesnt show as management team ?
12.) Name changed for iws and genes not on it
13.) old website archive assets are not added right
14.) raised the share count from 5 billion to 10 billion
15.) said he bought watersense when he did not

and on and on
