I agree and disagree. You are correct that OTC and Q stocks can move out of the blue - but we are not in oversold territory. We are in a tight range consolidation, the .14 high was a wick not a full solid candle. At .09 we were slightly oversold and corrected to .11 again.
That being said, typically a move north will occur in this situation based on technicals.
