well its better than lying in public statements. here is a problem i have with what "seems" good. per pr: "Our meetings in Chicago went very well and resulted in the lender agreeing to a substantial reduction in the QASP equity they will receive on the closing of our transaction."
No one funding the entire operations just says "ok i guess i'll be nice and decrease my equity position"......DEAN has to raise more money the next week and does not want to increase the AS so he will increase the OS and the lenders have agreed to only take 30-35% now.
1.15bil OS * .30% stake = 345mil shares. 345 +1.15bil os = 1.495
