I will agree with point 2, but point 1, if you talk to insiders they will all tell you that Dean is supposedly trying to do everything by the book, that supposedly dean is doing everything as if he were already a NYSE company so when we are uplisting, they cant call anything into question about how things were done. Unless that is all bullshit.
He maybe buying a few shares here and there, NOBODY knows. But one thing is fact, it sure as hell isnt in EARNEST. At least not in Merriam-Websters version of it:
