You are wrong. I have been around a looooong time playing pennies, the 10:00 pullback is real and happens all the time. Traders don't just collectively decide to sell at 10:00, it is a MM strategy to shake shares loose. People see these nice profits ticking up and then get panicky when they see them disappearing. It is a brilliant tactic for getting people to sell their shares.
If you want proof, look at the small 5k blocks that were pushing the pps down over the last 30 minutes. Do shareholders need $75 that badly? I think not.
