Like I said, always darkest before the dawn, and 17c is damn dark in my book.
Based on LC/AH letters and clarity, I would expect to see 30-40c today as the close PPS, but anybody's guess on the Greys.
How many stockholders here think it is time to sell at 17c or less, NONE is my guess.
ALSO posting here the amendment to bylaws in SEC Docs, SEEMS to me they want to be able to act quicker ---Works for me!!

On February 22, 2010, the Board amended Article III, Section 3.07 of EGCI’s by-laws to provide that notice of any special meeting of the Board shall be given on 48 hours written notice rather than 10 days written notice. This amendment was effective immediately.
