I read an article a couple years back about a CEO that had an OS of 250mil, he had a cert in his name for 240mil, real float was 10mil but it was trading like 100mil shares a day and the PPS was real low. I don't remember the exact numbers but it was caused by naked shorting......not a regular short.

I agree.If we can lock up a high % of the float,Dean buys back 20%,and other longs that don't even know this board exists but have planned to keep their shares longterm can keep from trading this before the run really gets going,we could easily get from a cent up into the dollars if as many PRs as rumoured get released in a short span of time.It's been done with other stocks with success,and the same can be done here.
Even if we can't lock up the whole float,if there is only 1/4 of the float available when all the news hits,with all the eyes on this thing,it could really go.
