this is how I interpret his post

Everyone that does not have MW (Microsoft Word), should be getting and email (from IT Department) with a link shortly so that you can give your information (the information requested by IT department in e-mail form sent to us). Thats what I was just informed.

Many of us do not have MW and were unable to forward info via attachment to e-mail as said attachment was in MW
