all I am saying is that tracking a bill thru congress and finding out who is responsible for what language is a daunting task...
bipartisan....what's the criteria for bipartisan? how much does each party have to contribute to constitute bipartisan....does the inclusion of one or two ideas make it bipartisan?
that's why I said I'm not going to nit-pick...repubs say they were locked out.....the WH site says they used repub ideas....you say you researched it....OK.....I didn't "research" it....so, I'll take your word for it....
