I would believe it was someone emailing the JV partners saying negative stuff about rcch ... That would try to get them to not work with rcch like evolutech. I think the guy posted it once on ihub he send to the jv some nasty emails talking smack about RCCH.. then when you research the person and where they work you would get the full picture.
I also would be pissed if someone did that to me.

When RCCH or any issuer puts out news ... there are going to be those that wish to do there own Due Diligence and check the veracity of what was PR'd.
Determining the Truth is NOT interference. And that is what Gene seems to dislike ... he might as well sue Pinksheets for giving RCCH the CAVEAT EMPTOR. jmo
