Eagle was the one telling people about the suit so eagle doesnt have anyone to blam but himself IMO... when he emails people or calls them then those people talk . Does it say anywhere that one cant speak freely ? How would one know about this suit unless eagle told some people? Did anyone sign a contract with eagle saying they would keep there mouths shut????

The only person the kept the TSXV reverse merger/uplist from happening (or falsely claiming that it was going to happen) was Gene Newton himself.

did "someone" prevent the uplist of rcch? what? sue anyone you want, newton, but tell us if u have business and revenues, and what is the OS.

newton may have had saboteurs, but he is without excuse on 9 out of 10 points concerning his duties as ceo, etc.
