Funny....the UAW ended up with approximately 40% of the "new" GM stock. That would seem to indicate some form of favoring the UAW? But of course that's a "partisan" evaluation.
have you ever heard of contract law ? The company had made a contract with their employees .. It may indicate a lot of things to you . .however, the decision was made by the company and the union leaders and I am quite sure there was a very good and possibly a legal reason for doing so .
