That's what I was just thinking. I was under the impression that Ken et al. were focusing more on getting all the financials together for the BB uplisting instead of worrying about a Pinksheet status that is on it's way out the door.

Our Sec attorney has been working on this because he had to wait for our accountant to complete our year end. That’s now done, and I’m expecting to be updating PS information today, tomorrow for sure....

If that were the case there would be current filings up at Edgar, and the year ends would be audited.

No MM will sponsor them without audited financials.
