Mellon Research Retains Consulting Firm, Looks to Develop Banking and Retail Divisions

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Dec. 9, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Mellon Research, Inc. (Other OTC:MLON.PK - News), the market leader in providing boutique investment banking services to private mid cap companies, announced that the company has retained the services of a local consulting firm to assist the company in preparing internal financial statements and associated regulatory reports. We expect to have finalized internal financial statements in the near term.
Mario Pino, the President and CEO of Mellon Research stated, ``We are pleased to announce that we have begun the process of preparing internal financial statements for the Company and are actively preparing the company for an audit by an independent auditor. We are actively pursuing the selection of an independent audit firm to review our financial statements and look forward to completing this process for the Company shortly.
