I am quite familiar with filings about Securities .. on both sides of the border and the KAT stuff is vereeeeee questionable. There is a lot of stuff in dire need of clarification. For instance there is a mention of TWO convertible debenture issues ... and large ones at that. One to a person in Wisconsin at an 8 % rate and one to that other man at a 5 % rate.
