Filing and uplisting can't happen at the same time, you need to learn how the system works and the procedures involved.

I've posted links, some may read them and learn, probably most won't as they don't care....they just want the stock to move for whatever reason.

I don't know if it would be quite that quick, if that was the case there would be no reason to file with the pinks. I don't expect it to be much longer though, the key peace of information that was in Kens email to Birdman was when he stated: We just finished the year end finanicals

this is important for a few reasons, to uplist to the otcs/bbs you have to file 2 years of audited finanicals. I am quite sure they have been working and completed most of that, and the last thing they needed to do was complete the year end. They have now done this so IMO they now meet all of the finanical requirements and just need to file them with the SEC and thats about it. It wont be long, I would expect sometime in the next 2 to 4 weeks. Unless of course they are going the route of buying a shell and doing a reverse merger into that, then I am not sure how long that will take.
