As you stated the next time they bring us "current" I feel it will not be on pinksheet.. I am looking for this in our next PR they have been working on this for sometime now IMO... but it will be announced before the company gets "downgraded" IMO
Erock also being 4 months late on filing is probably the best one out there most of the pinkies have not filed for years and yet people don't care here at KATX we are late a bit which probably I am sure they know better then all of us what to do in order to do things properly like you say some are making big deal out of it why they don't go post on every other comp. on pink sheet that they are late some of them are not even share holders just doing us favors they might do that all over the pink land
