Those were exactly my sentiments when I read this last night. He's had three full months to deal with equity and used all three of those months to ignore equity, and to stab equity in the back, not to mention misleading the judge. What discovery... he already knows what is wanted...recovery. The same thing equity wanted from day one. Also, why would the BOD not want the true value of the estate be revealed? At least it would make them look like they are looking out for the owners interest instead of their own. These people are shameless. I think the judge will see this and rule appropriately. Time for a new BOD and new representation in my opinion. Someone needs to send this POS a hanky.
