Received a response from John today. Here it is:

There is and never has been a connection between SGCP and G8. The project design doc belongs to SGCP. I have found no material on a law suit between Grant and G8. Doug is in Sierra Leone and I hope to have a field report out next week. I also do not know what you mean about common sense updates. We keep stock holders informed regularly with field reports as information becomes available. We send out press releases when there is a material change. We are in the business of building a company not a pump and dump flippers paradise. Thank you for your support
