I am not letting anyone off with anything - either you believe these deals are real or you don't.
My point is that the only public info anyone has is what has been PR'd. Dean has never lied to me on the phone - not saying he hasn't to others as I was not privy to those conversations.
He never promised anything in a PR.
He did not promise over and over that the O/S would not increase - he did PR, "The company does not anticipate a need or any reason to return to the capital markets for additional funding."
What's the old saying, anticipations are made to be broken?
