Bravo19, Some of us have the Read Only free version of Microsoft Word. You can only pull up documents in Microsoft Word and only read them, no saving or editing is possible. In my case, I only have the free Read Only version of Microsoft Word. One must have the paid licensed version of Microsoft Word which usually comes with Microsoft Office to be able to fill in the blanks on that Microsoft Word document. At this time, I do not have extra cash to spare to purchase the Microsoft Word licensed software. If Petro requires that the form needs to be completed and sent as an attachment rather than the same information being submitted within the body of an email, then I'll go to the library and hope that the computers at the public library have Microsoft Word software and send a 2nd email sending the form as an attachment method.
However, it seems that maybe it was anticipated that not everyone has Microsoft Word software on their computers which may be why that Teresa Brown had indicated that it was OK to send the same requested information within the body of an email to the email address that was provided. Here is what was sent out by Teresa Brown a few days ago following a Petro report summary, as follows:
Quote -- "If you do not have the form then I suggest sending an email to the address provided
mparker7.petroamericacorp@gmail.com with the required information." (end of quote)
Perhaps receiving the information by way of the attached form is more convenient for the IT Department. Getting the information to the IT Department one way or another may work in the end. Perhaps this issue will be addressed on the Thursday night call. I wish that if this information was needed that it might have been done a few weeks ago rather than this last minute rush. Blessings. Go Petro.
