I found Scott Hobson's name by downloading the filing information from the State of Wyoming - Secretary of State so he is involved with Barrington Enterprises, Ltd. and they are the new entity which has taken over Ekwan-x, inc. so why would he deny? So defensively? Could it be they are looking at issuing stock, or making a secondary offering? And isn't there a quiet period when you do stuff like that on the exchanges. If the SEC or whoever thinks you, the company, are giving out insider information that is serious. Could that account for his defensiveness? Better to deny than have the Exchanges after you.
I found their Registered Agent Company. Their telephone number is 702-866-2500. The person responsible for Barrington Enterprises, Ltd. nee Ekwan-x, Inc. is Rachel. You may have to leave a message but she will call you back. She can't give out any information on her clients, but she takes messages and sends the message on to her client. So Hobson is not being forthcoming, but there could be reasons. Given that I am staying in this stock longer. I held for several years at a loss. Now I have a nice gain - I will wait to either increase the gain or go back to zero. Either way it is exciting to have a long-term gain. That is a novelty for me - as it must be for most short term traders.
