Besides the CEO working with another company what evidence is there that they are not longer in business. I work a full time job but still do other jobs on the side during slow times, that doesn't mean that I quit my full time job or that the job doesn't exist anymore. You have also stated they liquidated thier business but I don't recall there being any firm evidence you presented along with that statement (i'm going off memeory so I could be wrong). If you did I would apperciate a refresher of what firm evidence you base that upon.
This is a pretty impressive and positive September 2009 news release from the company which indicates "some" monies moved to the Denver location which is where Chateau Roofing is based. It doesn't say anything about going bankrupt or dissolving the company shell. Seems to me the company may be building to bigger and better things behind the lines.
