Hoey,
I typed the format of the form into the body of an email and filled in the information under the headings and returned the requested information (Name/Company/Email) to the mparker7 email but did not send it as an attachment but rather as a form format in the body of the email due to the fact that I only have the FREE Microsoft Word software in Read Only access which means that you cannot edit or copy or type in any new information in the blanks on that form. That may be the case for others as well. What is the difference if they get the info in an attachment or in the body of the email?
If the attachment form has to be used, I would need to find another computer where Microsoft Word has been licensed for full program / software usage and do the data submission over again. Wouldn't it be confusing for the Petro Office to receive a 2nd email from individuals who had already submitted one email with that info?
However, if all of the Petro participants had submitted a confirmation email with the name with which the shares were purchased in the beginning, why do they need to do this verification of what had been already emailed a year and a half ago?
Over 6,000 Petro shareholders, it seems to be a lot of work that would have to be done. Hopefully whatever remains to be done will get done as quickly and simply as possible. Perhaps this verification issue will be addressed on the Thursday calls also.
What will be will be. Go Petro.
