Remember a bunch of people swearing the 10K would be late??...I don't see any kudos now that it was filed on time...Takes a lot to file a 10K on time......especially for a young company that just integrated 3 other companies with different accounting data...all within a matter of months.........z
you think he's sitting on that - it's obviously not ready - there is an obligation to provide material information asap. I expect he's waiting for Islechem - which he has no control over.
