N, there should be regulation. I just don't like how it came about. Stop it and start it again, and if you were not lucky enough, you wound up in a whole nuther neighborhood when we came out of it. I am NOT saying the Company is NOT to blame, just that that halt blindsided everyone and left us with little recourse. (Made a bad situation worse.) Just who did they protect? Who did they screw with that move? Perhaps I was not eloquent enough.

GWMAN, I can't reply to private messages, but I will say that I strongly believe that the exact opposite of what you said is true.

But... it's not something that can be discussed in any real manner on a message board. :)
