From what I can gather, when a company is purchased...ie: Pakit, JB doesn't go clean out the management. He keeps the people "in the know" and tries to improve on what they do. Buying an air filtration company just might help him with getting the proper permits for New York (where the filtration company is located) which in turn will help with other states.
But then again, I'm just a dumb ole farm boy who possibly could be way off base in my thinking.
