Was thinking the same thing.....melting plastic ain't exactly an unusual business in the state of New York. This isn't a nuclear power plant they are building. Plus at the temperature they are cracking the plastic the pollution is virtually nonexistent if there is any at all.

You act as if it's next to impossible to get an air permit. Air permits are given out on a regular basis. Look around at all the facilities where things are built: they have air permits.

It won't be any more difficult for JBII to get one as for any other business.

How long do you think it will take JBII to get an air quality permit for the P2O equipment and ancillary equipment?
