I wonder if they know how tough and tedious a process it is to get an air permit in NY and that it takes lots of testing and time? My guess would be probably not...

I know lots of great computer geeks. I know a DOS guy who did the certifying parameters for MS, only to seek employment elsewhere and asked to produce his MS certs, lol :)
