GENEREX vs Feuerstein: I didn't find how the trial ended. GENEREX probably got some bad clinical trial data and backed down. I will keep looking to find out.
I am sure that many people feel that as long as the company fails their clinical trials that it doesn't matter what AF made up along the way. That's not correct thinking. And one of these days some company is going to succeed that he has damaged repeatedly. For Feuerstein's sake, I hope that company is not one full of high level attorneys. When that happens, in addition to a lawsuit, the company needs to do a real estimate of the number of further patients that would have been treated if Feuerstein had not illegally interfered with the formal trial process. That number should be shouted from the rooftops.
