Not a knock, just never any real excitement
Here is how I see things working out.
CSME has it’s private placement on the London exchange, lets say 10 million shares at 6Euros equal 60 mil.
CSME in partnership with CalciTech uses the 30 mill grant from the German government for the Luena plant. CSME provides the balance, about 30 mill.
Because the German government is willing to back loans to 80%, CSME Should have no problem either re-structuring the 30 mill obligations, and ultimately only have about 6 mill (20% of 30 mill) off the balance sheets.
Plant number one in construction.
CSME then moves to pre-defined site number two, with a lot of money in the bank. Repeat above or something similar.
CalciTech shareholders receive royalties and or agreed share of profits, using all the contacts/letters of intent for product.
We are off to the races.
