My condolences to KATX!! It would be great to see a company like this uplist to otcbb for reasons like this. They recently reduced their shares last week. BUT if this KAT wanted to they can sell shares out of their wazoo to raise money but they dont. Since they are a humble brother company they should uplist to eliminate any fishy doubts some investors might have.
