KATX uplisting to the OTCBB is great news to us (the investors). Odds are they will still have the same number of shares and float. The difference between OTCBB and the pink sheets are that they must report finances and they can pull any sneaky tricks like diluting the shares.
...That depends on how the new company is structured...

Do you think that KAT would say a JV is worth say 20% of its current value, and then take 20% of our current shares and put a value on those 20% of shares?
