Yes kind of. It would likely be a separate corporate entity whose shares are owned either by the two parents, proportionate to the value they brought to the JV deal, or by the shareholders of those parents. The BOD and execs would likely comprise BOD members and execs from the two parents.
If it would be a subdivision of BOTH companies then wouldn't it be a dual listing ? The pr way back comes to mind;We feel it to be in the best interest of our shareholders for KAT to seek a dual listing on a major exchange.
