Average volume is too low to go into the Q, apart of that, bio and Pharma have their own Q (g). The Q is selected with stocks that , hopefully walk together, so that a turn in one has a good probability of signalling a future turn in the others. I noted that when I came in around 4!1.30, I failed to mention my being stopped out of TTIL at $10.40 (my mental was actually $10.95, but by the time I came in it was already down to $10.40.) A bummer, since I really like this outfit...
