Kruy, why would Megas go to the trouble and expense of suing us shareholders and having us show how we acquired our shares if he was some part of the scam to introduce the counterfiet certs into the system. That doesnt make sense.
What I don't understand is how he would negotiate a deal with the person who actually perpetrated the scheme and settle with him when what Pino did was a crime.. it wasnt just against Megas and his company but against the shareholders and the financial institution themselves (let alone the willingness of the brokerages to look the other way when the stock should have been red flagged and halted when the 1st notice of compromise was known) that's what I don't understand.. I know the english are known for being pompous, but Ive never thought of them as naieve and especially the way his supposed petigree is supposed to read...
