Not necessarily. As "they" say, timing is EVERYTHING. You want to get the most "bang" for your buck, so to speak.

I think we'll all agree. Ken has big plans for KAT and apparently more and more people are starting to like what they see as a huge potential.

In my opinion, they've done pretty good with the limited funds they started out with. Since the $1 million guarantee and potential for up to $5 million from the financiers, they've been in hyper speed mode.

Timing is everything. Even legit companies strategically plan timeframes and announcements to get mass effect. This is understandable.

As a small company, just starting out, I'm pleased that they chose to use their limited starting funds on developing the company, as opposed to working on uplisting...it can be expensive, but will come in due time, I'm positive. It appears that now it is in the works as well.

First of all you have not one single clue on the face of this earth if they have or havent signed a JV yet. You do not work for the company so you have no idea what they are doing. 2nd, if they did sign one already, they could announce it any time they wanted to. There is nothing that states they have to announce it right away. They could be getting other things in line first before announcing it.

To imply a JV would not be a big deal is quite laughable at best and completely wrong at worst. A JV is what ALL mine exploration companies work for. Yes there are lots of tiny little JV that happen all the time, usually between Mine exploration companies them selfs and are not that big of deal. But that of course is not what I am talking about here. We are not a typical Mine Exploartion company, we have amazing properties that blow away whats around us and are attracting major players like Vale. If we do a JV, its going to be a massive deal because they WILL be giving us money up front and it will mostlikely be with a big player.

I love how you always, and I mean always, downplay EVERYTHING. A good joint venture could take this stock to $2 over night. But nice trying to downplay that!
