Per production numbers vs. EGC's sales, possible that w/ SGI agreement (and post on InnovatePro site per SGI "producing 24.5bil cards"), SGI sitting on them so they don't cut into their scratchies' revenues. Also possible SGI putting pressures/legal on licensing agreement's exclusive locations where promotions held to restrict further orders. Perhaps Anderson, et.al.,, can put a little pressure on rewriting that soon to expire licensing agreement with SGI. jmho
