#5029 RE: albacora #5028

Alba, all I can tell you is that as a shareholder of NMC, I NEVER inferred for one second that MS and Rio Tinto had any deal in the works. You chose to infer something quite different, which is your right, but all I understood from MS' letter was that he was pitching NMC to anyone who would listen, and that Rio Tinto was simply a passerby who might have listened to the dog & pony show, but essentially said "hey, we've got our own problems". Certainly nothing more, but likewise, certainly nothing less.

NMC has a MOP and a lease in place. They are more marketable today than they were last week. Despite statements from certain NMC haters, the company is not dead, and the CEO continues to take steps in the forward direction that will hopefully lead to a profitable ending for shareholders who are currently locked into their positions. There is absolutely no appearance (or possibility given the DTC lock) of a pump and dump, yet MS continues forward.

I ask you..........WHY? In the face of what you see, why would he do such a thing? Why would he work so hard to get a MOP? A lease? What is his motive? Why would the ASLD agree to his MOP which contains some fairly lofty financial goals?

Alba, I'm just a shareholder who has nothing to lose by holding........which is exactly what I'm doing. I just find it nice to know that MS seems to think there is something still out there worth working toward.
